These terms govern your use of Choiceasy — Dubai's furniture marketplace, move-in package configurator, and home services booking platform. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Orders & payment
Prices are shown in AED and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Tabby, Tamara, and cash on delivery. Orders are confirmed once payment is authorized.
Delivery & risk
Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates — see Delivery Information for details.
Returns
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. See Returns & Refunds for the full process.
Move-in packages
Move-in packages are configured based on the room information you provide. Package contents and pricing are confirmed before checkout.
Home services
Service bookings made through Choiceasy are contact requests — our team will call you to confirm scope, scheduling, and pricing before any work begins.
Providers
Some products are sold by independent providers on our marketplace. Choiceasy vets providers but each listing's accuracy is the responsibility of the provider.
Liability
Choiceasy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by UAE law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Choiceasy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
