Delivery & Assembly
Yes — free delivery and assembly anywhere in Dubai and Sharjah. A surcharge of AED 250 applies to Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. AED 300 for Fujairah.
3–7 business days from payment confirmation. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours to schedule your preferred delivery slot. Weekend delivery (Saturday/Sunday) is available for a small additional charge.
Yes — basic assembly is included free on every order regardless of order size. Our team assembles all flat-pack and modular pieces, positions them where you want, and removes all packaging and boxes.
Yes — someone over 18 must be present at the property. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before the slot. One free reschedule is included; additional changes may incur a AED 100 fee.
Yes — we deliver across all 7 Emirates: Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery times may be slightly longer for more distant Emirates.
Payments & Pricing
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tabby/Tamara for instalment payments. All UAE-issued cards are accepted.
Yes — Tabby allows you to split your payment into 4 interest-free instalments. Tamara offers 3, 6, or 12 month plans. Both are available at checkout and require a UAE-issued bank card. Approval is instant.
All displayed prices include 5% UAE VAT. A detailed VAT invoice is automatically generated and available to download from your account after purchase.
Yes — for developers furnishing multiple units or hospitality groups, we offer trade pricing. Apply for a Partners Privilege account for 15–25% off retail pricing.
Products & Quality
All products are specifically selected for UAE conditions — fabrics are chosen for air-conditioning environments, materials for the humidity, and hardware for longevity. We offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
You can visit our showroom in Dubai by appointment. We also offer a free 30-minute video consultation with our design team — book via WhatsApp.
We work hard to make photos accurate, but screens vary. For fabric-critical orders, we recommend requesting a physical swatch before ordering. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange one.
Yes — you can buy individual products from our shop, or choose from curated room packages (Studio to 6-bedroom). You can also use our Package Builder to customise a bundle for your specific layout.
Returns & After-Sales
Items may be returned within 48 hours of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Custom orders and items that have been assembled cannot be returned. See our full Returns Policy.
Before our team leaves, inspect everything and note any damage. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no charge. Do not assemble damaged items before reporting.
Yes — all Choice Easy Furniture products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Structural frames carry a 2-year warranty. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper cleaning.
